Zippy is a Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. She holds a Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy in Neurology and has 12 years of experience in the field. She has completed several advanced-level courses such as the Spinal Maitland course, Manual therapy courses, TMJ course, Mc Kenzie level A, Acupuncture courses, Schroth Therapist course, Concussion course, Vestibular therapy course, and the advanced level course, External pelvic course for incontinence, Diastasis Recti Abdominis course, and the NDT course for stroke condition.

Initially Zippy likes to spend time educating patients about their condition. Afterward, she implements different manual therapy techniques including Maitland (mobilization of joints), Mulligan techniques, Active release technique, Muscle energy techniques, NKT treatment principles, modalities, and soft tissue to treat the dysfunction. She had a great experience working in the Hospital with Orthopaedic and neurological patients and also in private clinic settings. Zippy has worked in high-paced multidisciplinary clinics in Toronto and Mississauga. She moved to Kitchener in 2021 and thrive to serve this community. She is a strong believer in continuing education, and there is planning to extend her scope of practice to pelvic floor health.

Zippy is very passionate about health care and looks forwards to assessing and evaluating factors that contribute to her patient’s well-being. Therefore, she creates specific tailor-made treatment plans that are unique according to her patient’s health problems to help them on their road to recovery. She has a keen interest in helping those suffering from chronic dizziness or imbalance and working with them via her treatment plans to help them return to their usual activities and daily life in an effective and preventative manner for the long term.

Zarna Panchal

Registered Physiotherapist | Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

Zarna is a registered physiotherapist in Ontario who works with patients of all ages and a wide range of clinical conditions. Her experience includes pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, soft tissue injuries related to muscle tightness or weakness, balance concerns, and supporting patients with disabilities.

She has a special interest in pelvic health, vestibular rehabilitation, and concussion management, and regularly treats patients experiencing vertigo, impaired eye gaze, concussion symptoms, and balance issues. Zarna also works with individuals dealing with neck, upper back, and lower back pain, as well as pelvic floor muscle dysfunction that can contribute to urinary incontinence, constipation, pelvic pain, and pelvic girdle pain.

After completing her Level 2 certification in pelvic health, Zarna works with patients experiencing a wide range of pelvic health conditions, including urinary incontinence (stress, urge, and mixed), pelvic girdle pain, vulvodynia, vestibulodynia, persistent genital arousal disorder (PGAD), clitoral phimosis, dyspareunia, vaginismus, lichen sclerosus (LS), genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM), pudendal neuralgia (PN), bladder pain syndrome (BPS), interstitial cystitis (IC), chronic non-bacterial prostatitis, chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS), dysmenorrhea, endometriosis, and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

Surabhi Dhaduk

Surabhi is an experienced, highly skilled, and compassionate physiotherapist. The one motivation for choosing physiotherapy as her profession is deeply rooted in her desire to make a positive impact on people’s lives. She believes that “You’re never too old or too young” to start physiotherapy if you’re experiencing a problem, as Surabhi has seen clients that are 5 months old to 95+ years old. She has experience with a variety of different needs, including those with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiovascular, sports & fitness conditions. Pranita Mahadik, BPT, PT, is a Registered Physiotherapist with experience in outpatient orthopaedics, hospital rehabilitation, and long-term care. I came to Canada from Ukraine in 2017 with my family and am a graduate of Westervelt College (now Anderson College) in 2022, where I gained successful practical skills while working with clients and excellent feedback from them.

As a Registered Massage Therapist, I have always been interested in human anatomy, how the body works as one whole structure, and how different massage treatment methods help people get rid of their discomfort and pain. I like to help people relax and feel better using the techniques needed in each case.

Liam graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Conestoga College in 2026 and is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Halyna is a friendly and dedicated Front Desk Receptionist who enjoys being part of the Highland Physio and Rehab team. She is passionate about supporting patients by assisting them with booking appointments, billing, and ensuring their needs are always met. She loves the cozy, kind, and welcoming atmosphere of the clinic and is happy to contribute to a positive experience for the clients.

Outside of work, she enjoys painting, creating cartoon animations, and making illustrations, as well as reading books and traveling, which inspire her creativity and attention to detail.
